The 'Football Record' for the 22 September 1962 Preliminary Final Replay between Carlton and Geelong. Rarely seen. Having won the First Semi-Final against Melbourne by 2 points, and achieving a drawn game with Geelong in the Preliminary Final (85 points each), Carlton went on the win the replay by just 5 points. They were defeated in the Grand Final by Essendon.
