Diamond and gemstone lariat necklace, Italy, composed of a line of hexagon links embellished with brilliant-cut diamonds decorated at intervals with hexagon-shaped rubies, sapphires and emeralds terminating on a similarly set tassel, the diamonds together weighing approximately 3.60 carats, mounted in 18ct gold, gross weight approximately 41 grams, inner circumference 425 mm, Italian workshop registration marks.
