Original Warren Platner (American, 1919-2006), Four Platner Chair, designed 1966, manufactured by Knoll, appear to be on copper, original bronze plating, moulded fibreglass shell with original beige wool upholstery attached to seat with velcro, retains label's 'Knoll Associates Park Avenue', worn, marked upholstery (A/F) (4), height 74 cm. Provenance: From NYC Estate - Private Collection, Sydney, Labels: Original Knoll Associates Park Avenue Labels (which dates these chairs as pre 1968 when Knoll Associates became Knoll International)
