Amethyst brooch, circa 1870; of target design, centring an oval-shaped amethyst claw-set to a fleur-de-lis gallery framed by a surround applied with flowerheads, mounted in 14ct gold with a base metal pin, length 33 mm, width 28 mm, total gross weight approximately 11 grams.
