Italian 18ct gold, sapphire and emerald brooch, stamped 18k, Italy, in the form of three leaves with pierced and rope twist accenting, each leaf decorated with two linear rows of precious stones, one comprising eighteen small round cut sapphire stones, the centre leaf with twenty small round cut emeralds and the other containing twenty two small round cut sapphires, on a 18ct yellow gold framework, with safety chain and pin, total weight 14.06gm, width 4.3 cm
