An antique Derby porcelain 'Cos Lettuce Leaf' sauceboat, c.1755-65 moulded in the shape of overlapping cos lettuce leaves, with twisted stalk handle, applied leaf bud to one side and small leaves to the other, finely decorated with bright and colourful flowers, leaves and sprigs, the leaf edges accentuated in green tones and the stalk end in pink, unmarked.
