A Sublime late 19th century shell cameo Brooch\Pendant, a large brilliantly carved oval cameo depicting Edward Vll. The cameo is mounted in 18ct yellow gold with twisted wire surround. Dimensions: 51@62 mm. Marked 18. Weight: 42.9 grams.
