A Givenchy silk and satin fashion parade gown, brought to Australia by Givenchy for the Myer Charity Fashion Parades held in 1986. The gown was won by an invitee, but never worn. It remains in the original Givenchy box. It was valued at $32,000 in 1986. In scarlet silk and satin with a blue flower motif. A spectacular piece of French fashion history. Including a copy of the 1986 'Mode Magazine' article.
