19th century kiwi feather cloak, muka Kaupapa of double pair twining with plaited decorative finish to the top. Minor feather loss. Provenance: Passed to the present owner by descent, historically owned by the stage actor and Maori concert performer Bathie Stuart (1893-1986) presented to her at Whakarewarewa, Rotorua. 120 cm x 130 cm.
