Australia 1926 Ashes Tour of England: large press photograph (sport & general press Agency, London) titled (verso) 'The Australian cricketers Commence Practice at Lord's' showing Warren Bardsley bowling to Jack Ryder; 20 x 25.5 cm. Bardsley played all five Tests in the series, making his highest test score of 193* in the 2nd test at Lord's. Ryder was a member of the selection panel for the 1926 Tour playing in the first 4 Tests. The Australians lost the series 1-0 with four test drawn.
