North Melbourne football club: 1888 member's ticket in blue leather with cream leather straps on front and reverse embossed in gold 'N.M.F.C./Season 1888', with borders in gilt. The interior page lists 'First Twenty' & 'Second Twenty' engagements, the inside back cover with full printed page with details of the club Patrons, President, Vice-Presidents, general Committee and match Committee. The inside front cover provides room for the membership number ('308'), member's name (illegible - scored through), and that of the Hon. Treas. (E. Starkey) & Hon. Sec. (Frank Mitchell). In 1882 North Melbourne F.C. Amalgamated with the Hotham cricket club and moved into the North Melbourne Recreation reserve (Arden St oval), which remains the home of the club today.
