Cadell, London, 1773), large quarto, three volumes, vols II and III in contemporary half morocco with mottled calf boards, vol. I rebacked and with boards in preserved and relaid speckled calf, the uniform spines labelled 'Cook's voyages -1764-71'., a composite set with vol I. In its second edition, including Hawkesworth's added preface and the 'Straights of Magellan' chart, and vols II and III in the first edition, with its continuous pagination., comprising all but two of the twenty-three plates called for and apparently all charts
