A rare antique Saint Louis paperweight, with a formal arrangement of root vegetables of turnips and radishes with leafy green tops on a white latticinio basket. Other Notes: Saint Louis was the only 19th century French factory to make vegetables the subject of paperweights, possibly as a symbol of charity.
