A George II English sterling silver loving cup. Circular moulded foot base with an attractive, slightly tapered cylindrical bowl and single raised reeded band to the centre part. Two hollow tapering loop handles, one to either side, and an attractive splay top rim. Made by John Langlands of Newcastle, circa 1757, 16 cm high, 526 grams
