A large Chinese blue and white Meiping dragon vase, early 20th century, the Yuan-style vase, potted with broad shoulders tapering to a slightly splayed foot, painted in underglaze blue with a leaping four-clawed dragon amidst fiery clouds, the base with a wide border of rectangular lappets, each enclosing a single pendant lotus bloom, with four twisted handles to the shoulders beneath a floral ground issuing a short everted scalloped neck, unmarked, height 45 cm
