Sapphire, diamond and pearl necklace, centring a fluted plaque set to the centre with a collet-set pear-shaped sapphire weighing approximately 3.50 carats, between pave-set brilliant-cut diamond highlights to a multi-strand torsade seed pearl necklace and diamond set clasp, the diamonds together weighing approximately 3.80 carats, mounted in 18ct gold, inner circumference approximately 460 mm, Italian assay marks.
