A superb early muka kete with fringe, superb early muka kete in frame. Kete decorated with natural and orange muka over a natural muka body to form an oscillating type design. Substantial fringe of died and natural muka, single pair twining, rolled muka handle and tied hanging decorative elements. In presentation frame with Uv glass. 56.5 x 54.5 cm.
