A vintage handmade pearl and ruby brooch, featuring one 8.9 mm round white Akoya pearl set in centre of spiral, surrounded by forty-three smaller 4.5 to 3.5 mm white round pearls and thirty-three marquise cut rubies. 9ct white gold.
