Victoria: pastoral license issued January 1870 in favour of Edwin Brett and John Russell Ross of Melbourne for land in the District of Benalla; signed by the Governor of Victoria, Viscount canterbury. Also, another example dated December 1869 for another plot of land in the Benalla area (this time signed by the Governor but using his own name, J.H.T. Manners Sutton. (2 items).
