An Egyptian painted limestone figure of baby Horus, Ptolemaic period, circa 300-100 BC. Depicted standing with the side lock of youth (Horus side lock) his left finger raised to the mouth. 15 cm high. Provenance: Ex T. McAllister Collection, United Kingdom 1970's Art market. ACquired from him during the 1990's while he resided in Queensland.
