Two Chinese jade figural carvings, People's Republic of China period, circa 1970S, the two figures carved from white and spinach jade, one as a beautiful lady holding a peony, the other as a paradise flycatcher perched on a branch, with another bird below. Both with original fitted carved hardwood stands. The lady 20 cm high, 11.5 cm wide. With base 23 cm high. Provenance: by repute, Robinson's of Singapore
