Anscombe and Associates, plan of the 1939-1940 New Zealand Centennial exhibition complex, original watercolour with title and key to the top left corner, 94 x 110 cm, Interestingly the Miramar bowling club pavilion is the only remaining building designed by Edmund Anscombe is the sole surviving building from the complex. A rare and possibly unique drawing.
