A Nymphenburg porcelain blue and gilt Bavarian Royal service, after a design by the Bohemian sculptor, Dominikus Auliczek. The pearl service in the Louis-Seize style. It was exclusively reserved for the Wittelsbach house as the Royal Bavarian service until the beginning of the 20th century. In 1918 it was created for the golden wedding anniversary of King Ludwig III and Maria Theresa as a one-off production. It has miniature paintings of the most important stages of the Royal couple's life. Consisting of 4 oval-pierced fruit baskets, 2 round-pierced fruit baskets, 18 plates, 17 coffee cans and saucers. Printed factory marks. German 20th century. Oval fruit baskets: 25 x 19 cm, round fruit baskets: diameter 22 cm, plates: diameter 20.5 cm, the condition is excellent with no visible signs of repair or damage.
