A Chinese Jun style bowl, Qing Dynasty (1644-1911), Sky blue glaze thinning at the rim to an olive tone, the biscuit covered in a chocolate brown iron wash, together with an old fitted Chinese box. Provenance: the de Voogd collection, 6.5 cm high, 13.5 cm diameter. No visible faults or damage. Approximately 726 gm total weight with the box.

  • Qing Dynasty - The Qing Dynasty was the last imperial dynasty of China, ruling from 1644 to 1912. It was established by the Manchu people, who originated from the northeastern region of China. The Qing Dynasty was preceded by the Ming Dynasty and followed by the Republic of China.
