A Chinese Martaban jar, circa 19th century, the ovoid form jar with wax resist geometric decoration to one side, and to the other side the character 'Da', covered in a brown glaze, 41 cm high, 35 cm wide, some wear to the rim, scratches to the rim including a significant ring of wear to the glaze (circumference of the vessel)
