A large famille-verte vase Qing Dynasty, 19th century the tall shouldered body brightly decorated with shaped panels of family groups variously occupied on pavilion terraces interspersed with vignettes of landscapes, flowers, birds, fish and other creatures, reserved on a green fish-roe ground, the trumpet neck with alternating figure and bird panels between floral scrolls and a band of stiff leaves around the flared mouth 63.5 cm high
