A Japanese wakizashi, the mumei (nameless sword) with c.1935 Shin-Gunto pattern Army leather covered timber scabbard and hilt, Shin-Gunto leather cavalry trooper and NCO sword knot. Older hand forged blade shortened at tang end. Two peg holes to tang, length 68 cm.
