NSW Railways Land Acquisition Notice, 1863

NSW Railways, 1863. Great Southern railway from Picton to Goulburn. Notice of Lands taken for railway purposes by the Commissioner for Railways. Printed form finished in manuscript on conjugate leaves with a tipped in manuscript surveyor's map of the land to be taken. Leaves are (33.5 x 21 cm) & the tipped in map is (17 x 21 cm). The document is signed by the Commissioner for Railways John Rae & countersigned by the Chief Clerk. The Common seal of the Commissioner for Railways is affixed in red wax. Sixteenth day of June A.D. 1863
