A Rene Lalique glass cased pendule 'Moineaux', c.1924, relief moulded with pairs of sparrows and branches patinated with brown, signed lower right R.Lalique. Silvered dial with Arabic numerals and railtrack minute register, marked ATO Electrique. A special model sold exclusively by ATO, never appearing in the commercial catalogue of the Maison Lalique. ATO (Leon Hatot maker, Paris) 1.5V battery powered electromechanical movement. Width 21.5 cm. Small rim chip.
