A Victorian swivel oval locket cameo, 15ct yellow gold cased, Victorian, presented as a medium sized oval locket with outer frame of tubular gold with foliate embellishment, suspending an inner oval panel of rotating design, to one side a shell cameo depicting a woman in profile, to reverse a mourning photo panel without insert, under glass, fitted with pin and safety chain.
