An Australian goldfields brooch, the intricately detailed brooch, depicting birds and mining tools within a foliate surround, in 18ct gold. Provenance: The brooch originally belonged to Edward Reeves, b. 1861 Manchester England, d. Adelaide Australia 1925. It has remained in the Reeve family collection until the present.
