Barry Brickell, three graduated bird form bowls, each with two pinched ends as stylised bird heads, the dark glaze with partial pale (chun) overglaze to the shoulder. Impressed potter's mark to base of each. Length 17 cm, 13 cm and 8.5 cm.

- Overglaze on Porcelain - Overglaze decoration on porcelain refers to a decorative technique where designs are painted onto a fired and glazed porcelain surface, and then fired again at a lower temperature to fuse the decorative design onto the glaze surface.
