A quality lapis lazuli set gold signet ring, 18ct yellow gold, made as a heavy yellow gold smooth signet ring of simple rectangular design, inset with a flat polished piece of deep blue lapis lazuli, merging to wide tapering shoulders and a square edged band. Total weight 17.7grams

    They were the source of the stone for the ancient Egyptian, Greek and Roman civilsations.
