A Faberge gold, sapphire and diamond cigarette case, Workmaster Anders (Antii) Nevalainen, St Petersburg, 1899-1904, Russia, the rectangular-shaped case decorated in a sunburst pattern radiating from a collet-set old European-cut diamond, cabochon sapphire thumbpiece, gross weight approximately 84 grams, approximately 84 x 52 mm, struck with workmaster's initials and K.Faberge in Cyrillic beneath the Imperial Warrant, maker's mark Ah for Anders Nevalainen, assaymaster Jakov Liapunov, 56 standard.
