Meissen 'Winter' figural sauce tureen, circa 1750 by J J Kaendler, represented as a ice skater, dressed in purple britches and a lemon coat, on circular brass base, inscribed 'Escalier de Cristal.' Underglazed cross swords mark partially visible under mount, height 17 cm. Ex: Moorabool Antiques, small repairs to coat tip and fingers.
