1897 General Art and Industrial Exposition of Stockholm: Silver medal by A.Lindberg (61 mm, 96g.) Oscar II King of Sweden (1872-1907), King of Norway (1872-1905). Engraved to 'G.A.Asp' on rim. Also, the same medal in bronze (61 mm, 102g.) unengraved. (2 items). One theme of the exposition was the new media technologies of the day, including film and the phonograph. The opening ceremonies were documented in early recordings, including the opening address by King Oscar II. These recordings have been preserved, and are now available on the internet.

    It is very fluid in a molten state, and its hardness, strength when set, and non-corrosive properties makes it most suitable for casting sculpture.
