A set of four hongmu 'dreamstone' marble-inset armchairs and a pair of side tables, 19th/20th century, each chair with ruyi -shaped crestrail and straight back posts, joined by carved openwork fruiting branches, enclosing a circular 'dreamstone' marble plaque, two with an inscription in black and a red seal, the arms with similar fruiting branches, the hardwood seat above a short waist and shaped beaded apron extending to the angular cabriole legs terminating in animal mask scroll feet, the square tables en suite. -6. each chair 103.5 cm high, 61 cm wide, 45 cm deep, each table 77.5 cm high, 44 cm wide, 44 cm deep.
