A Lalique Bacchantes vase, no. 997, designed 1927, post-1945 production, the cylindrical body moulded with a continuous scene depicting dancing maidens, in frosted glass, inscribed Lalique France, 24 cm high. Provenance: James R. Lawson, Sydney, 3 December 1991, lot 83. Mr Hans Mueller and Mrs Gertrud Mueller, Sydney, acquired from the above.
