A gold sapphire set cigarette case. 18ct yellow gold, circa 1960's, crafted as a barrel shaped cigarette case with bark finish to outer in a brushed effect, hinged by a channel set row of square cut sapphires, deep blue in colour, opening to reveal a polished interior.
