The 1969 Lawn Tennis Association of Australia, Wilson Cup, won by Evonne Goolagong (Cawley) as a member of the New South Wales team, the silverplate shallow circular two handled cup moulded to the rim with grapes and vines, inscribed 'Ltaa, Wilson Cup 1969', above a spreading circular foot, raised on a polished wooden stand with a plaque engraved 'E. Goolagong. 14 cm total height. Accompanied by a letter from Russell Crowe stating his ownership. Provenance: Sport in Australia, Christie's Australia, Melbourne, 4 October 2000, lot 698.
