A Chinese porcelain vase. People's Republic of China era, later 20th century, the high shouldered baluster vase with a trumpet neck, decorated in a wucai style palette with underglaze blue and enamels in green, iron red, yellow and aubergine depicting a phoenix amidst a bamboo and peony flower garden, with scrolling and floral borders to the rim and base; a mock Kangxi mark underside. Height 41 cm.
