18ct white gold, blue topaz, sapphire and diamond 'Flutter' ring, Paspaley, modelled as a butterfly, the body accented by brilliant-cut diamonds supporting wings embellished with topaz framed by pave-set diamonds above pave-set blue sapphires to crossover shoulders pave-set with brilliant-cut diamonds, the diamonds together stated to weigh 1.50 carats, size N, adjustable, with maker's mark for Paspaley, numbered 644. Accompanied by a Paspaley box.
