A porcelain cartel clock, circa 1890s, with marker's mark of Farcot, with anchor, shield and star stamp, the cushion shaped deep ultramarine body with an enamel and pierced gilt dial with Arabic numerals decorated with urns, fantastic creatures and pierced scrolls in the rococo revival manner, the body well decorated with gold paste flora and insects; with hanging chain and key. Length 50 cm. Width 24 cm
