A 20th century carved stone Chatham Islands Maori hand club of distinctive sickle form, the wide curved blade tapering to a ridge on either side, the handle with butt of stylised bird head form, the banded stone with dark inclusions through to mid/pale green colourway with pale orange highlights, matt polished finish. Length 34.5 cm Not registered.
