A five piece Fibreglass outdoor setting by Douglas Deeds for Sintoform, circa 1972 for the Sydney opera house, including four seats and one side table (5), notes: Imported into Australia by Spectrum Pty Ltd, a firm managed by Michael hall Best. Michael hall Best was the Son of Marion hall Best, an interior decorator, Best ran an influential retail outlet in Queen Street, Woollahra, from 1938 to 1974, importing and commissioning 20th century design classics from Europe, USA, Japan and Finland, and sponsoring the work of Australian artists and designers., the furniture was introduced in the late 1960s by her Son, Michael hall Best. His firm Spectrum Pty Ltd secured exclusive rights to corporate furniture from Herman Miller and architectural Fiberglass (USA)
