A c.1900 uncommon Eastern jambiya with amber and gold handle, the shaped good deep toned orange amber handle with gold mounts including round coin type forms and central strap, testing as 18ct. yellow gold, the traditional wide tapered steel blade with raised ridge, the leather scabbard with impressed decorative pattern, stitched length to the reverse. Overall length 32 cm
